Issues with Video Lectures or Other Course Resources

Occasionally, the native HTML5 video lectures do not load or play correctly, or other course resources may exhibit odd behavior. This is most likely due to your browser's cache, which may be full and unable to fill current requests.

To resolve this, please delete your browser cache, cookies, and temporary internet files; restart your browser; and access your class again.

For detailed instructions on how to properly delete your specific browser's cache, cookies, and temporary internet files, please refer to the following support site here: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic.

You may also try using another browser to see if it handles course resources sufficiently. We recommend the latest version of Firefox for its stability and enhanced security.

If you still experience issues viewing the course resources, please provide us with a screenshot of the error message or page you receive and we will determine what the issue might be.
