The Administrative Console is now available for Thinkwell Homeschool Middle and High School Math courses! 📚 This update makes it easier than ever to support your student’s learning from your Parent or Instructor (Supervisory) Account.
Our Thinkwell Administrative Console is now live!
This exciting update means that from the Supervisory Account Console (i.e., the Parent or Instructor Account), you can now:
- View an Activity Report
- View your student's grades
- Reset tests!
The Administrative Console is designed to give you more visibility and control as you guide your student’s progress. With easy access to activity reports, grade tracking, and test resets—all from your own account—you can support your student’s success without extra steps.
This update applies to any course on our Canvas Platform — Middle and High School Math courses, Calculus, our Summer Edition Series, and the 30 Days to Algebra Readiness course.
Viewing Student Activity
From your Supervisory Account, click on the yellow “Activity” tab and select View Report.
The report shows:
-
The date and time of your student’s most recent activity
-
A checklist of completed lessons
-
Score indicators for quick progress tracking
You can also print or save the report without logging into your student’s account. If you do choose to log in as the student, please note that any exercises attempted will be recorded as student activity.
Viewing Grades and Resetting Tests
Click the green “Grades” tab and select View Grades/Reset Tests to:
-
Print your student’s Grade Report
-
Reset quizzes, tests, or exams so they can be retaken
👉 Tip: Exams can be reset as many times as needed. Just remember that resets are permanent, so we recommend regularly saving Grade Reports as PDFs. If you ever reset by accident, contact us at support@thinkwell.com and we'll be happy to help!
Managing Student Accounts
You can enter your student's account to change contact info and passwords directly from the Admin Console:
-
From the Admin Account Dashboard, click Login as Student
-
Select the Account tab
-
Choose Change Password or Edit Contact
This makes it quick and easy to help if your student forgets their login details.
We recommend keeping separate usernames and passwords for students and supervisors. This prevents students from accessing reset options themselves and keeps your Console tools secure.
