We offer a full refund of 12-month subscription purchases, Essential Review, and Summer Edition courses within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. However, refunds are not provided for completed courses, or for courses in which the majority of course assessments have been completed.
Thinkwell will not release official Grade Reports, Certificates of Completion, or Transcripts for refunded courses. As soon as a refund is processed, course access will end.
Thinkwell does not accept returns on printed materials. Optional printed materials are printed on demand, and the sales are final.
